Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the sale of the book "Chroniques de Verbier" to any individual or legal entity making a purchase in Switzerland or abroad, via our website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Product

The book sold is described as accurately as possible on our website or other sales media. The images are provided for information only and may vary slightly from the final product.

3. Awards

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all taxes, but exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the book is invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.

4. Ordering and payment

The customer places an order via the website. Payment is made by Twint or the credit cards mentioned. The order is validated only after payment has been received.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Swiss law, there is no mandatory right of withdrawal for book purchases. However, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the book, provided it is in perfect condition and returned at the customer's expense.

6. Warranty and liability

We guarantee that the book shipped conforms to the description provided. In the event of a defective or damaged product on delivery, the customer must contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

7. Data protection

Personal information collected in connection with orders is treated confidentially and will never be passed on to third parties without consent.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Canton of Valais.
